Ordering & Checkout

How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Browse our extensive line of products. Search by category, brands or the search bar. Once you find an item you like, enter a quantity and click the “Add to Cart” button.

If you know the item number of a product you would like to purchase, you can also use our convenient Quick Order Form. Simply fill in the “Item #” field and click “Add Selected Items.”

To view items in your cart, click on the “Shopping Cart” button. To start the checkout process, click “Secure Checkout.” If you have not already signed in, you will be asked to sign in or checkout as a guest. You will then fill in your shipping, billing, and payment information. When you are finished, review the order and click "Place Order". You will receive an email confirmation of your order, which will include your order number.

You can also place your order by calling 770-919-2232, emailing [email protected] or faxing 770-919-2241.

 

How do I apply a coupon code at checkout?

In your cart, you will find a box to enter your coupon/promotional code.

 

 What payment methods do you accept online?

We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you currently have an account with us and you are a school, daycare or church, you will also have the option to pay with a purchase order. Currently, this offer is only for these institutions and not individuals.

We also accept The School Box Gift Cards online!  To pay with an E-Gift card, please enter your code in the payment section in the E-Gift card box. If you have a retail gift card, please contact customer service so we may help you use this online.

 

Do you charge sales tax? (For sales tax exempt see below).

Yes, by law we collect sales tax for the state of Georgia. If you live in another state, we do not collect sales tax currently. If the law changes, we will collect sales tax.  

 

What if I am exempt from paying sales tax?

If you belong to a sales tax-exempt organization, we will need to set you up in our system. Please email your sales-tax-exempt certificate to [email protected]. We will set you up and let you know when you are ready to order. To check if we have your certificate on file, call our customer service team at 770-919-2232.

 

How do I place an order with a School/Daycare/Church account?

All of your special pricing will be reflected online, but first we must set you up within our system. If you are not already set up, please contact customer service and we will be more than happy to set this up for you. This only takes a few minutes.

 

How do I check on the status of my backordered items?

We do our best to not have backordered items, but sometimes this is out of our hands. If you have a question about a backorder, please contact customer service and we can give you more information. 

 

 

Shipping

What delivery methods do you offer?

Most of our shipments ship either with USPS Priority mail, UPS or FedEx.

 

What are your shipping charges?

Do you offer store pick-up?

Currently we do not offer online ordering with store pickup. We can ship to the store but normal shipping charges will apply.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking link.

 

When can I expect my order to ship?

Most orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. However, during the busy back-to-school season (July-August), shipping delays may occur.

How do I place an order with a School/Daycare/Church account?

All of your special pricing will be reflected online, but first we must set you up within our system. If you are not already set up, please contact customer service and we will be more than happy to set this up for you. This only takes a few minutes.

 

How do I change my e-mail address? Or my Password?

Once logged in you can change your email or password under your Account Settings in your dashboard.

 

What if I forget my password?

At the sign in page, please click Forgot Your Password.

 

How can I get a copy of my invoice?

Please contact customer service and we will be happy to email you a copy of your invoice.

 

Can we set up teachers under an approver?

Yes, we are more than happy to set up teachers under an approver. Just email us a list of your teachers and who the approver will be, and we will get this set up for you.
