Account customers within our Georgia delivery area will receive their products via our own School Box delivery drivers. Customers outside of our Georgia delivery area, and all out-of-state orders will be delivered via UPS or USPS, depending on your area. Most customers see their orders in 5-7 business days. (Delivery times during July-August may be longer due to increased volume during the Back-to-School season)
Furniture - Delivery time for furniture is 2-3 weeks.

We strive for perfection in everything that we do, but if there happens to be a problem with your shipment we will work vigorously to correct it in a timely manner. To report a shipment problem, please email our customer service team or give us a call at 770-919-2232 ext. 2.

If you have a charge account with us, use this form to update who is eligible to charge on that account. Please complete this form and fax it to 770-919-2241, Attn: Accounting Department. Please allow 2 days for the changes to take effect.
