When will my order arrive? (see map below)
We ship out of 3 regional warehouses located in Greater Atlanta, Chattanooga and Knoxville. Customers in these areas receive their packages by our own drivers - no other School Supply dealer can offer you this. What exactly does that mean? It means your packages arrive faster and with fewer damages; delivered by people who care about you, the customer. Most customers see their orders in two business days or less.

Outside of the Eastern TN or The Greater Atlanta Area?: These customers are typically shipped via UPS; orders over 200 pounds are shipped via truck line. UPS orders received by 1PM are shipped within two business days. Our drivers will go outside the areas above at the Warehouse Manager's discretion.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside the United States or Canada*. We, also, do not ship to APO boxes. All product is shipped via UPS and requires a physical address.
*Additional shipping fees may apply when shipping to Canada.
